At Yoga Tribe, there's something for just about everyone.
A mixed level Vinyasa Flow with smooth transitions, plenty of intruction and the occasional hands-on adjustment from your teacher. You'll be guided to take lighter or more challenging pose options to suit your body. A blissful practice to take you all the way through life.
We will build heat in the body to help train muscles to deeply relax and stretch safely. Assumes some yoga experience. As always, modify your practice to suit your body and rise to a challenge as your body needs!
We know that Mums who don't have child care arrangements need yoga more than anyone, so we created Yoga Mamas. Bring your preschool aged children with you - they'll be your responsibility, but you'll still get some yoga practice in! STARTS FEB
BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE
The perfect way to learn the basics of Yoga. We will work through common yoga poses, how to transition comfortably between them and how to modify your practice while you're starting out. At the end of the course, you'll be ready to join a regular Slow Flow class!
Yes, Yoga is for kids too! It can help them build body awareness by tuning into how they feel...and strategies for managing stress and the big emotions they often experience.
